If you have any questions, please contact us per e-mail first at gsg@informatik.uni-bonn.de. Please try to use a well known email address (i.e. your Uni-ID). Please describe your problem as precise as possible, including informations about when you tried something, on which system you tried it and what exact steps you took before experiencing the problem.
If you need direct personal contact, i.e. due to problems with your user ID, you can contact one of our student helpers in room 0.014.
Employee
In urgent cases you may contact an employee directly via phone, e-mail or personally. But it is always a better idea to contact us per mail.
The offices of the GSG are located on the ground floor at Endenicher Allee 19a. For general enquiries, please visit our SHK office first.
